How is my organic meat packaged for delivery?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including wool-cool insulation and frozen gel packs, to ensure your organic meat stays perfectly chilled for up to 48 hours during transit.

Where does your livestock come from?

All our meat is sourced from our own organic farm in Devon or from a small, trusted network of certified organic British family farms that prioritize animal welfare and soil health.

Is your meat grass-fed?

Yes, our beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed and finished. This ensures the highest nutritional quality, including higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids and a superior natural flavor.

What are your delivery days and order deadlines?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. To receive your order on a specific day, please place it at least 48 hours in advance to allow our butchers time to prepare your cuts fresh.

Can I freeze the meat I receive?

Absolutely. Most of our products are delivered fresh and are suitable for home freezing. Each item is clearly labeled with a use-by date and freezing instructions for your convenience.

What is your policy on plastic packaging?

We are committed to sustainability. While some vacuum-sealing is necessary for food safety and shelf life, we are actively transitioning to curbside recyclable materials and compostable liners wherever possible.
